01What is OVEN charcoal made from?+
Coconut shell, tapioca and water. Tapioca is a starch that binds the processed shell and gives the cube its shape. No chemical additives or ignition accelerants are used.
02Which size should I choose?+
25 mm is the all-round size for most bowls and tobaccos. 26 mm has more mass per cube, for heat-resistant tobaccos, large bowls and open terraces. 27 mm is the largest cube, for a long session with fewer charcoal changes.
03Which format leads in Europe?+
OVEN 26 mm: 64 cubes in a 1 kg box and 20 boxes in a 20 kg masterbox. The 25 and 27 mm sizes extend the range; availability for a specific market is confirmed by a manager.
04Is the charcoal in stock?+
We keep stock, but the balance changes. For today’s availability send a request or contact a manager.
05What is the price?+
It depends on volume and format. Prices are sent on request; the website does not list them.
06How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping cost depends on the volume and the destination. A manager needs some time to work out the best route, so send a request with your country and city.
07How do you deliver?+
Delivery route, forwarder and timing are confirmed per market. Distributors receive pallet shipments of 20 kg masterboxes.
08What is the minimum order?+
It depends on the market and the delivery route. For wholesale the base unit is a 20 kg masterbox; the exact minimum is confirmed by a manager.
09How is the finished product checked?+
Against nine criteria: ignition speed, burning temperature, effect on tobacco flavour, ash quantity and structure, burn duration, chemical composition, appearance, density and shape retention under pressure.
10What if there is a problem with a batch?+
Use the contact form and include the batch number and packaging photos. Replacement or refund is agreed with a manager.
11How do I become a distributor?+
Fill in the business form: country, city, sales channel and approximate volume. A manager reviews the market and sends the terms.
12Do you work with hookah venues?+
Yes. Venues get packs for the bar and access to the OVEN burner programme; terms are discussed separately.
13Can I buy directly from this website?+
No, there is no checkout. Retail partners are listed on the Where to buy page; wholesale is handled by request.
14Are Russian and English packs available?+
Yes. Packaging language is a product-variant attribute and depends on the market.
15Where are the technical specifications?+
One specification set is being verified with the manufacturer. Conflicting draft figures from packaging artwork are not published.
