The process

From shell to cube.

Coconut shell, tapioca and water. Below: how raw material becomes a cube, the nine criteria every finished batch is checked against, and what happens if a batch has a problem.

Composition

Three ingredients.

01

Tapioca

A starch that binds the processed coconut shell and gives the cube its shape.

02

Coconut shell

The base of the burn. Raw-material selection and the processing sequence decide how the cube heats the bowl and opens up the tobacco.

03

Water

The third and last ingredient. No chemical additives and no ignition accelerants.
